Thank you for registering for Jump Giants

In order for you to take part in the Jump Giants activity, you are required to fill out a waiver form.

Please fill out the form on their website here

Please inform us once you have filled out your waiver form.

We will meet from 9.30 am on Monday 28th December outside Christchurch School, on Wellesley Road entrance and return at the same place by 12.45pm.
