The process of choosing GCSE subjects is not an easy one.

  • Should they be chosen based on future career paths?
  • Do university choices and courses come into play?
  • Shall I just choose the subjects I am good at?
  • What about the subjects I actually enjoy?

Choosing GCSEs affects the longer term more than we know and making the right choices is not an easy task. There are several factors to consider including the ones given above; so how should you go about making this decision?

To help with this, we have arranged for a workshop to be held:

Date:  Saturday 11 March 2017
Time:  11am – 12pm
Venue:  Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls School, 16 Chaucer Road, Forest Gate, E7 9NB

The first part of the workshop will be a discussion on how to approach making your choices and then there will be an opportunity to speak one-to-one with young professionals who have been through the system and also teachers from different schools and subject specialisms to provide their insight.

*Event is open to all and light refreshments will be served*
