A cycle ride of 37 mile route with BoB hill at your own pace.
The Route will start at Ilford Muslim Society, 112 Balfour Road, Ig1 4JE, before heading out into Essex and BoB hill.
There will be snacks and drinks provided by Ford after about mile 20, at their showroom in Woodford. Before more climbing and heading back home!
